At AUREVIA STUDIO, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands: 3–5 business days
Germany: 3–7 business days
Other European countries: 6–9 business days
International orders: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, or high order volumes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
